Out of the ~6 months Ive had my TT, maybe 1.5 of those have been running. Im getting used to it now ;) I had just gotten it back up from CAS and other issues when 2 days later I have a catastrophic water pump failure (I believe). The moron that owned the car before me took it to NAPA to get the timing belt job done, but they of course neglected to change the water pump im sure. I would be suprised if they changed the tensioner, etc, so I am basically going to plunge $600 to re-do everything right so I dont have to go back again because of ignorance, much less risk engine damage.
